Abstract : Nepal is embarking upon its plans to ensure that government services are available to citizens thru information and communications Technology (ICT) means throughout the country. For this objective, Asian Development Bank has provided a grant of USD 30 million and Nepal government is adding USD 6 million to this fund to a total of USD 36 million for this program.
At this juncture in order to ensure that the knowledge and awareness on various issues in this area along with various Microsoft technologies and products are available with all the concerned in various ministries and departments, Microsoft MDP Nepal would like to organize a two days workshop for all the stakeholders within the various government departments and ministries, its IT manager and CIOs and private sector.
The main objective of the training is to understand how the Microsoft technologies and products can be used to in the various solutions that the government is looking at.
