Microsoft MDP Nepal Supports Jawlakhel ICT Exhibition
Microsoft committed to ensure that its products and technologies are relevant, accessible and affordable in Nepal.

As a part of awareness creation of Microsoft, Microsoft MDP Nepal participated as a partner at “Jawalakhel IT Fair 2009 cum Free Service Camp”, an IT fair organized by Serviceman Technologies.
The one day event was organized at Jawalakhel Football Ground, Lalitpur on June 13, 2009 with a concept of joining together with a collaborated vision of ICT groups of Hardware, Software, Internet Connectivity and hardware service providers for creating a single ground for customer care with a complete solution of ICT.
The fair was inaugurated by Honorable Minister Prakash Saran Mahat, who stressed the need of Nepal to develop itself as service provider for ICT. Also present on the fair were Dr Subarna Shakya, Executive Director of National Information Technology Center, and Rajan Raj Pant, Controller, Office of the Controller of Certification of Government of Nepal. Allen Bailochan Tuladhar, Country Manager of Microsoft MDP Nepal also gave a speech at the inauguration of the event highlighting the fact that Microsoft was always looking at making its products and technologies relevant, accessible and affordable.
Microsoft MDP Nepal was one of the major partners for the event, where it showcased different Microsoft Products and technologies and also provided information about different initiatives of Microsoft in Nepal.
