Microsoft MDP Nepal gives a training on Windows 7 at the Nepal Jaycees Area C Conference
Over 300 Youths from all over Nepal attend the training

Nepal Jaycees, the international youth leadership and social service organization organized its Area C Conference for Nepal at Banepa, Kavre from June 19 to 20 on “Economic, Social, Political Progress: Basis for Youth Development”. Nearly 300 youth leaders in public service, business, education, social service and other sectors gathers throughout the country at this annual conference.
Allen Bailochan Tuladhar, Country Manager of Microsoft MDP Nepal provided a half day training to this group on ICT issues on June 20, 2009. The first presentation was on what Microsoft was doing in Nepal and the rest of the training was focused on Windows 7, the upcoming operating system from Microsoft which is currently on Release Candidate and schedule to be released on October 22, 2009 and Internet Explorer 8.
The Question & Answer session was very interactive with lots of queries on various aspects of computing, where each of the people who asked questions got gifts with Microsoft branding on it, including an electronic calculator with world time and leather passport holders.
At the end of the event, as a token of appreciation, Jaycees provided a token of appreciation.
