Terms & Conditions for the Unlimit Currency Quest Competition

How long does the competition last?

The competition will run from 8 am August 28th until 8 pm 30th August 2024 (the “Competition Period“) during the Global Fintech Festival in Mumbai, India.

Who can enter the competition?

To enter this competition, you must be a natural person over 18 and at the Global Fintech Festival. Employees of Unlimit and any of its affiliates are welcome to participate in the Game (defined below) but are not eligible to win any prizes and will immediately be forfeited.

How do you enter, and how often can you enter?

To enter this competition, you must be physically present at the Global Fintech Festival and follow the steps to play the Unlimit Currency Quest game (“Game“). This competition enables the Game participants (“Participants“) to score at least 25 points in 60 seconds by matching the currency to the currency symbol. You can enter this competition more than once during the Competition Period. However, the number of prizes is limited to one prize per Participant. You must submit an email address to Unlimit so we can notify you of your score. 

Please note that the name you provide during the game registration will be displayed on the leaderboard.

What are the prizes?

By entering the competition, you can win prizes and gifts of nominal monetary value intended solely as tokens of Unlimit’s appreciation and the winner’s achievement. As such, the prizes are non-transferable, and you may not exchange them for cash. Unlimit reserves the right to substitute any prize without prior notification. You must be present to collect or receive your prize. 

Winners       

All prizes will be distributed on-site according to the remaining prize stock. The winners may be asked to participate in marketing activities, including having their photograph taken for social media, but they are entitled to decline.

In participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above, without exception. 

Unlimit reserves the right, without notice and acting reasonably, to withdraw from the competition or to change the rules at any time before any winners are notified if circumstances beyond Unlimit’s reasonable control prevent or restrict Unlimit from conducting the competition.

Unlimit will process the personal data (email address) you provided so:

1. We can email you to notify you of your Game score after you have played the Game and
2. Your personal data will be deleted immediately (or as soon as technically feasible) after the Global Fintech Festival event. 

If you specifically opt-in to receive marketing communication from Unlimit, such as newsletters, or if you opt-in to book a consultation with an Unlimit payments expert, Unlimit will retain your personal data to send such marketing communication to you after the  Global Fintech Festival event. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Except as otherwise permitted by law, Unlimit, its employees, directors, partners, members, consultants and/or agents are not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering this competition, the carrying out of the competition, or the provision or otherwise of any aspect of any prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any disputes arising under these T&Cs will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held.
